Complete analysis and evaluation of existing business processes is a pre-requisite to embark upon ERP which is a powerful planning tool; therefore, it is imperative to conduct a comprehensive study of business processes to determine appropriate ERP needs of an enterprise.
· Conducting complete analysis of business processes to bring out deficiencies of the existing system in order to suggest changes, if necessary and help the enterprise in Business Processes Reengineering; · Assisting to align business processes with job functions to maximize utilization of resources so as to improve both work and document flow and highlight any redundancies in the existing system; · Determine their ERP requirements after evaluating business magnitude factoring-in the future capacity building initiatives, with respect to capital investments, production volumes, business processes, production processes, vendor development and or dependability, production segments, marketing plans, sale targets, marketing budgets and human resource requirements etc; · Guiding on selection of appropriate ERP package/solution and modules, selection of appropriate hardware and application software platform and monitor the process of customization and integration of selected ERP modules; and
· Organizing Executive Training programs and / or Workshops
to facilitate the implementation of ERP solutions and its future
maintenance and up gradation in logical and coherent manner. |
