· Assessment of existing Human Resources, Job Descriptions, Business and Production Processes/Flows and to advise on Right Sizing. · Preparation of Human Resources policy document, for effective employees’ selection system and continued quality performance of human resources. · Preparation of Job Description, Compensation Package, Salary Structuring, Sales Incentives, Job Pricing and conducting Salary Surveys. · Payroll System Outsourcing will facilitate organizations to ensure that: § All payments are made in accordance with the applicable Labour and Tax Laws; § Confidentiality of compensation payments is maintained; § Trends of each type of compensation payments are analyzed and unusual incidents are notified; and § Investment of the client in hardware, software and manpower including their training is minimized. |
