·      Encourage and motivate, through opinion building process, the Policy Makers, Entrepreneurs and Business Managers on the need to include human rights protections in negotiating and dealing in all production and trade related matters; 

·      Educate workers about their rights and obligations and increase their knowledge, productivity, efficiency and expertise through training, workshops and improved communications;  

·      Increase local monitoring and enforcement of labour and health and safety laws; and

·      Create positive partnerships by initiating meaningful dialogues amongst all the stakeholders.
